A comedy, cabaret and circus performer from Lambeth has used her many talents to write a romantic comedy about a 39-year-old singleton.
Abigail Collins’s novel Everybody’s Doing It follows the story of a heroine who, on the eve of her 39th birthday, promises to be married and pregnant by the time she turns 40.
What follows is a series of awful internet dates, a family secret being revealed and even a brush with death.
The book will be released on March 28 and Ms Collins will hold a virtual book launch on March 18.
